David Burgess has a litigation practice with an office in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts (about 20 miles west of Boston). David defends people accused of crimes, represents companies and individuals involved in business and employment disputes, and assists individuals in divorce and custody matters. He practices in many of the district, superior, and probate courts in Massachusetts.

David's criminal practice is centered in Middlesex County. The firm defends people charged with crimes in Middlesex Superior Court and in the county's district courts. David Burgess appears regularly in the Concord District Court, which serves the municipalities of Acton, Bedford, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard and Stow.

David Burgess founded his firm in 2000, after having practiced with two prominent Boston firms, Foley Hoag, LLP and Dwyer & Collora, LLP.
