| David Burgess & Associates is a litigation firm with an office in Concord, Massachusetts (about 20 miles west of Boston). The firm’s three attorneys defend people accused of crimes, represent companies and individuals involved in business and employment disputes, and assist individuals in divorce, custody and adoption matters. We practice in many of the district, superior, and probate courts in Massachusetts. David Burgess founded the firm in 2000, after having practiced with two prominent Boston firms, Foley Hoag, LLP and Dwyer & Collora, LLP. He was joined by Nancy Jordalen in 2001 and Iris Grabarek in 2004. |
